Cards from Local Card Shop

 My weekly trip to my LCS, Bob's Bullpen, netted some interesting new cards.  He always seems to

bring new cards I haven't seen before.  I also have made a couple of interesting trades on TCDB.

 A week ago, I went to a card show about a 1/2 hour away.   Best local show I've been to in a while.

70 tables with only 4 or 5 Pokemon.  Amazingly there were 5 tables with Dime boxes.  After finding a

few cards at the 2nd table I came across this card in the dime boxes.

At first glance it looked like any other '87 Hygrades.   But it just looked different.

When I got home sure enough there are no signatures on these cards.

After studying other Ernie autos, it sure looks like it's real.  

Some other interesting dime box finds.  Super WWII spy, Moe Berg.

His biography is very interesting.

Might make my list of favorite Oddballs.

2nd Post in Two days, new record

 I give all the credit to my fellow bloggers who post multiple days in one week.  Got lucky today.

Went to my local card shop and he gave me a box of cards to look through he had gotten earlier this 

morning.   Lots of interesting cards, but here were the ones I bought.  Special Christmas discount

helped.

 I passed 500 trades on TCDB a few weeks ago.  Can't find all the cards I want, but I found a huge chunk 

of my Relics.  Down to 2 cards to complete my Relic quest.  Here's the latest.

 Got some cards at Costco today.  Topps 2025 Flagship and 2025 Topps Archives.  They're in a package 

together with packs of Topps Series 2.   These 3 cards reminded me of Nick's mini collection of 

At The Wall.   Can you tell if they were staged or actual game photos?
