No theme, just some different cards.

I keep a pile of different cards on my desk with unique twists on the game.  I try to accumulate a

few with the same theme, but sometimes there are only a few or one of a kind.

I'm always on the lookout for a brand of card I've never seen

This theme is probably on a few cards, but here are two I have

Doesn't look like bubble gum to me

Supply your own caption for this card!

Ron Howard was actually a pretty good athlete

Could this be the bird Randy Johnson hit?

COMC delivery and custom cards from Gregory

I received my shipment of cards from COMC and had forgotten about my wide assortment of categories.

I'll start off with my custom cards from Gregory of Nine Pockets.

I actually watched Clint in Rawhide in the 60's.  I think Clint could've

been in a " Major League" movie.

This card hits two of my mini collections.  Back hats and players on the phone.

A food issue I didn't have.

more food cards

The last two cards were added to my oddball collection.

Bubble Stars

As I keep expanding my bubble collection, sports other than baseball are a good source.

Of the more than 1100 different bubble cards, my basketball portion  is rising.  Here are some of my

HOF'ers.

Although most bubble cards are from the 90's, LeBRON has a couple of newer ones.

Michael was shown in photos blowing a bubble, but this is the first card I have.

Rookie card and bubble

I have quite a few larger cards, magazines covers, etc. with bubbles

The hardest cards to get are numbered, this Eugenio is 4/5

Bats

Crossover.   There have been many players that crossed over to play a different sport.  Here I'll show a

few that might have aspirations but never fulfilled them.  A few that did and were more well known.

Also a couple of cards that are updates to earlier mini collection themes.

Can you name this HOF'er?

Water

Another of my themed posts about water.  Before I deluge you with the water cards, I found my first Strat O Matic cards.  They were a mixture of 1978 and '79.

The first card will ensure a cold drink for all.

Notice the words on the cup, "Ranger Aid"

a small metal cup

A bottle

Brady must have been thirsty that day.

All the water you need.
