I went to a card show in Ft Wayne. There were 180 tables. Big crowd. I found one table with
a couple of .10 boxes and two tables with .25 boxes. Every table but my Dime Box ( for you Nick)
table had at least one display case. In all, I picked up 70 -.10 cards and 20 -.25 cards. Here are some of
my highlights.
Let's start with the quarter cards
50 Bowman
56 Topps
Now the Dime Box cards.
71 Dell stamp for my "Bob" collection
Some nice rookies
A couple of fun Nolan's
Not from the show, but I've found a lot of Minor League bubbles.
Never see that photo on a Major league card
Very nice content for a dime box.
ReplyDeleteA sweet '50 Bowman football card for a quarter? Nice.
ReplyDeleteGreat pickups from both boxes.
ReplyDeleteThat McDonough card is magic on cardboard...
ReplyDelete50's cardboard for a dime/quarter? Very nice. The same can be said for those Valenzuela and Merrill rookies.
ReplyDeleteYep, what everybody else said.
ReplyDeleteAnything of Elly De La Cruz in a dime box is a definite win!
